I think that MOST of us have either heard or read about the various
government "mind control" projects of the past. Indeed, the Internet has
MANY references to such matters. However, I prefer to focus more on what
is taking place today with regards to LAW ENFORCEMENT AND
"NEURO-ELECTRONIC" TECHNOLOGIES. 

To begin with, I think it's only fair to say that NOT ALL law
enforcement is corrupt. CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS within the various agencies
may be, or a PARTICULAR AGENDA may possibly border on harassment, but
that DOESN'T mean that law enforcement ITSELF should be labelled as
such.

If there was NO law enforcement, we would all be in BIG trouble. For one
thing, crimes would ABSOLUTELY SKYROCKET. The "deterrent factor" would
be gone. There would be TOTAL anarchy. So, yes, the presence of law
enforcement, GENERALLY SPEAKING, is a GOOD thing.

HOWEVER, that having been said, we have all heard the saying that "POWER
CORRUPTS". So, giving law enforcement free access to "neuro-electronic
harassment" technologies is proving to be a rather HUGE MISTAKE. With
these technologies, ANYONE considered "undesirable" to have living in
one's community -- EVEN with little or no so-called "justification" --
can be targeted with EXTREMELY INHUMANE physical and mental torture.
Additionally, these signals are often DIFFICULT TO DETECT with today's
conventional methods. Some may actually be INCAPABLE OF DETECTION. That
is, of course, PRECISELY why they are being utilized so successfully.
